Fitment Information

Please keep in mind that this product is designed as a universal fitment. That means we can't guarantee a perfect fit for every installation. It's crucial to measure your vehicle's specific needs before purchasing and installing this product to ensure it's the right choice for your vehicle.

Wiring Information

Wiring your product properly is essential for its functionality. The way you should wire it depends on the product's color:

  • If your product is white, it's best to wire it to your parking light or ignition.

  • For white/amber products, you'll need to wire the white part to your parking light or ignition and the amber part to the turn signal.

  • When dealing with any other color, you should wire them to a switch or remote. Keep in mind that these colors might not be street-legal in most areas.

Troubleshooting: LEDs Are Out

If you encounter a situation where some LEDs are not working as expected, there's no need for complicated troubleshooting. Just reach out, and we'll guide you through the warranty process to ensure your issue is addressed promptly.

Troubleshooting: The Entire Strip is Not On

If you find that the entire strip isn't working, here's a step-by-step approach:

  • First, check the solder connections on the strip. If needed, re-solder them to ensure they are secure.

  • To identify the problem source, test the product by connecting it directly to the battery. If it lights up, there may be a wiring issue. In this case, trace back the source.

  • If the strip doesn't illuminate even after connecting it to the battery, please contact us to initiate the return process.

Troubleshooting: Switchback -023 Not Functioning Properly

In the case of a Switchback -023 that's not transitioning between white and amber as it should, here's what you can do:

  1. Try swapping the small diode that's in-line between the power source and the strip.

  2. If the issue follows the diode, it's likely the cause. You can replace it with a new diode, and this is an item we can provide from our inventory at no cost.
