Why is the Middle Blank:
The unoccupied middle section is designed for the factory cross-traffic sensor. We're also exploring potential modular options for other accessories in the future.
Inquiring About Support for Rear Sensor/Blind Spot/Cross-Traffic Sensor:
The unoccupied section can accommodate the installation of a factory sensor for that functionality.
Concern About Safety or Size of the Brake Light:
The entire red section illuminates as the brake lights.
Can I Tap into Reverse Light Portion for Aux Switch:
Yes, you can access the reverse light portion using a diode to prevent back feeding.
For Vehicles with Factory LED TLS:
For vehicles equipped with factory LED TLS, it's recommended to remove the load equalizer. This involves a straightforward quick connection and necessitates no additional modifications. Neglecting this step may result in a dashboard error.
For Vehicles with Traffic Sensor:
If your vehicle includes the traffic sensor, transfer it from the factory taillight to the Oracle taillight as outlined in the video.
Use of Oracle LED Reverse Light (5874-504):
You can employ the Oracle LED Reverse Light (5874-504) with these TLS. The installation or wiring poses no issues, and you may opt for the T-tap method or the plug-and-play harness.
Regarding Refund or Return of PNP Harness:
If you intend to request a refund or return of the PNP harness, please get in touch with us directly, and we'll assist you.
Broken Tabs When Transferring BSM:
In case tabs break when transferring the BSM on the taillights, be aware that this is addressed in the installation video. It's vital to use a low setting on the impact or a hand screwdriver, as they would break only if overtightened. Unfortunately, once broken, you'll need to acquire a replacement part.
Regarding Broken Tabs (Additional Info):
This is likely the result of screws being overtightened, causing the studs on the taillight to break. To avoid this issue, technicians recommend installing the taillights with a hand screwdriver or a drill set to a low torque setting. Although this isn't covered under warranty, you can proceed with the install by sealing the sensor cover. If you'd prefer not to undertake this, we can provide you with a quote that includes a discount for a new set.
Regarding the 2 Circle Reflectors:
The two circle reflectors included in the box are additional reflectors that can be mounted anywhere on your bumper.
