Article summary

Length of Warranty:

2-year warranty

Important Product Information:

We've noticed that some customers have reported a small divot on the top of the lights. Not to worry, this isn't a defect. It's part of the product's design, created by the mold. Its strategic placement ensures that it won't be visible once the lights are installed, and it won't affect the fitment or quality. If you have any more questions or concerns, please feel free to ask, and we'll be glad to assist you further.

Fitment Information:

If you've experienced fitment issues with a steel bumper (especially those produced before May 2021), it's important to note that our Rear Bumper LED Reverse Lights for Jeep Wrangler JL are designed to match the factory plastic bumper. If they're not fitting well on steel bumpers, some additional modifications will be necessary. We've included this information on the product page, and you can also find the instructions here. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Wiring Information:

For your convenience, we've provided an installation guide here and an installation video here. If you already have our Jeep JL taillights, the wire colors you need to tap into are black (Ground) and white (Power).

Troubleshooting:

Here are some troubleshooting steps for common issues:

  • If the reverse lights don't work, work intermittently, or flicker, first check the T-Tap connections.

  • If you're facing difficulties, have the customer test the lights directly with the Jeep's battery. If the lights work when connected to the battery, the issue likely lies with the connections. You can suggest checking T-taps or even trying nylon T-taps or splicing and soldering the wires.

  • If the lights don't illuminate when connected directly to the battery, we'll process a photo warranty. In this case, we'd need a photo showing the Taillight Reverse Lights ON and the Bumper Lights OFF.

  • In case of condensation or moisture inside the light, rest assured that this is a normal occurrence and will dissipate over time. We recommend allowing it to normalize naturally. However, if you notice obvious water droplets or pooling, we'll promptly replace the affected light.
