IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION
For a smooth experience with your product, please take note of the following:
Dynamic - APP Protocol: BRG-UCS1903: If you encounter any issues with this product, please check this section first.
4229-332 (Dynamic): In case of warranty replacement or if you need to purchase a new controller, please use the 1716-504 controller. Be aware that you will need to swap over the connectors from the original controller.

FITMENT INFORMATION
This product is universal. We regret that we cannot guarantee exact fitment for your specific vehicle. We strongly recommend measuring your individual vehicle's requirements before making your purchase and installation.
WIRING INFORMATION
Color SHIFT: Unless you want a single color, you must wire it to a Color Shift controller, which is sold separately. If you opt for a single color, power the black wire and ground the other colored wires as desired, typically to a switch.
Dynamic: The kit includes two chases that are plug and play. The controller, which comes with the kit, has direct battery connections (positive and negative).
If you are wiring the Dynamic controller to a switch, here are the steps:
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter any issues with your product, please review and perform the following troubleshooting steps:
Issue: The entire strip is not illuminating.
First, inspect the soldering connections at the strip. After confirming the soldered connections, connect the strip to a power source, like your vehicle's battery, to test if it illuminates. If it lights up, the issue may be related to the wiring. Trace the wiring back to its source. If the strip does not illuminate, please contact us, and we will assist you further.
Issue: Some LEDs on the strip are not functioning.
If you experience non-functional LEDs, no troubleshooting is required. We will initiate the warranty process as a photo warranty replacement.
Issue: One or more strips are stuck on the color white.
To address this issue, we recommend swapping the connectors for the two chases at the controller. This will help us determine whether the problem lies with the controller or the strips themselves.
Issue: One chase within the kit is not working as expected.
You can attempt to rectify this by switching the connectors at the controller. If the issue transfers to the other side of the car, we will replace the controller. However, if the problem persists on the same side, the cause is likely installation related.
